Grown in the lush, mountainous regions of Bolivia, this coffee comes from APROCAFE—a collective of 35 smallholder farmers dedicated to ecological and Fair Trade practices. Grown at around 1200 meters, and harvested by hand, the coffee reflects both the region’s rugged terrain and the care of its producers. In recent years, a new generation of farmers has helped shape APROCAFE’s future through a hands-on agrotourism project, inviting visitors into the full coffee journey—from harvest to drying—while strengthening the connection between community, land, and craft.
