Refund policy
We don’t accept returns on coffee (it’s perishable!), but we stand by every bag we roast.
If your order arrives damaged, you got the wrong item, or something feels off, contact us within 7 days of receiving it—we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
For non-coffee items (like mugs or merch), you’ve got 14 days to request a return as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is on you unless it was our error.
